First, try reauthorizing after a few minutes and ensure that your Amazon Music account is configured correctly.
If you are still unable to log in to your Amazon Music account on MusConv after some time, please email us. We will investigate the issue, contact Amazon for further details, and inform you of the results as soon as possible.
