How to create log file from Windows Event Viewer?
You need to complete 6 easy steps to to create log file if you have issues with MusConv:
1. Click the “Start” button, type “Event Viewer” and open it
2. Click “Windows Logs”
3. Click “Application”
4. Click “Filter Current Log…”, In “Logged:” field set data range when you had issues with MusConv, in “Event sources” field set “Application Error” and click “Ok”
5. Find row which contains “MusConv”
6. Click “Save Selected Events” and select folder where you want to save log file and set “save as type” as “.txt”, enter name file, click “Save”
