Do you have issues accessing your Spotify account?

In case you have problem with logging in to your Spotify Account or you see all the time Cannot load playlists information in desktop app, please follow these steps:

  • Please run MusConv as admin
  • Please ensure you have latest .net framework installed. You can download latest from Microsoft site.
  • Please try to log in to Spotify by email/password ( not by Facebook )
  • If you try to log in with just try spotify.user or vice versa

Don’t see your playlists at all?

Please turn off firewall temporarily while you use MusConv.
