In case you have problem with logging in to your Spotify Account or you see all the time Cannot load playlists information in desktop app, please follow these steps:
- Please run MusConv as admin
- Please ensure you have latest .net framework installed. You can download latest from Microsoft site.
- Please try to log in to Spotify by email/password ( not by Facebook )
- If you try to log in with email@example.com just try spotify.user or vice versa
Don’t see all playlists or cannot transfer all of them?
- Please make playlists non-collaborative and public and try again.
