The case was heard by the Supreme Court of St. Louis Obispo. At first, Elyain did not admit  guilt and denied all the charges against him. But under the weight of evidence, he subsequently made a deal with the investigation, which made it possible to significantly mitigate the verdict of the court.

As a result, Klein was sentenced to two years probation. He is also charged with the obligation to register as a sex offender for a period of ten years.

If Klein complies with all conditions during one year of probation, then his criminal record will be terminated. The guitarist’s lawyer claims that he will fully comply with all conditions of probation, so he hopes for the prompt release of his client from a criminal record.
