Ever wondered what the longest playlist on Spotify is? A music lover named Willis Orr has put together a playlist that’s so big, it’s broken records. It’s got about 10,000 songs on it, which is the most Spotify lets you put on a single playlist. And if you wanted to listen to the whole thing, you’d need over 800 hours. That’s more than a month of non-stop tunes.
Spotify is a place where you can make playlists that are just right for you. They can be short and sweet, or long and epic. But this playlist by Orr is something else. It’s like a musical Mount Everest.
So, what’s in this mega playlist? Let’s take a look:
- Size and Scale: Orr’s playlist, called “The Ultimate Playlist”, is a real monster. It’s got 10,000 songs from all sorts of genres and eras. It’s like a musical journey through time.
- Duration: This playlist is a marathon, not a sprint. It’s over 800 hours long. That’s more than 33 days of non-stop music. It’s longer than most audiobooks.
- Curated Content: Despite its size, this playlist isn’t just a random collection of songs. Orr has carefully picked each track to make sure the music flows nicely.
- Endless Exploration: With so many songs, this playlist is a great way to discover new music. It’s got everything from classic rock to the latest pop hits.
- Community Engagement: This playlist has become quite popular on Spotify. Thousands of people follow it and chat about the music they’ve discovered.
Now, you might be wondering about Spotify’s 10,000-song limit. It’s a quirky rule that only applies to individual playlists. You can actually save as many songs as you want on Spotify, as long as they’re spread out over different playlists.
So, next time you’re on Spotify, keep an eye out for these giant playlists. They’re a testament to the love of music that Spotify fosters. And who knows, maybe you’ll be inspired to start your own 10,000-song playlist.
In the end, “The Ultimate Playlist” by Willis Orr is a real game-changer. It’s taken music curation to a whole new level.
And the longest song on Spotify? That would be “Out of Love” by Yeule. It’s a whopping 4 hours and 44 minutes long. It’s not your typical song, though. Instead of lyrics, it’s got a rich mix of sounds and textures. It’s perfect for relaxing and letting go of stress.
And if you ever want to switch music platforms, there’s a service called MusConv that can help. It lets you move your playlists from one streaming service to another.
